Disclosure of Your Information

Service Providers and Consultants

We share intake form submissions with independent consultants. These parties access your information solely for that evaluation purpose. We may also share personal data with other vendors and service providers that support our operations (e.g., technology hosting, email delivery), who are contractually required to use your information only as directed by us.

Law Firms

If a claim is assessed as potentially viable, we may share your intake submission, including any personal data you provided, with one or more law firms that may be willing to evaluate potential representation. We will share your submission with a law firm only if we have a good-faith basis to believe your claim may be viable. Once your information is transmitted to a law firm, that firm's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy practices and any attorney-client relationship that may be formed.

Third-Party Advertising Partners

We share certain automatically collected information (as described herein) with third-party advertising, analytics, and marketing providers to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and outreach efforts and better understand engagement with the Services. The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 18 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information. Data Retention

We will retain intake form submissions for the duration of any related legal matter or referral relationship, and for a reasonable period thereafter. Technical and automatically collected data is generally retained for shorter periods consistent with its operational purpose. At the end of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted, destroyed, or de-identified.
